Dinners In the oven:
From frozen, bake at 350 for about 50 min. to 1 hour or until hot.
Or thaw overnight in the refrigerator and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until hot.
Dinners In the microwave:
Pop the frozen meal right out of the foil container and place in a microwave safe container.
Defrost for a few minutes (It depends how many watts your microwave is).
Heat on high until it is hot (a couple more minutes).
Soup on the stove:
Thaw
overnight in the refrigerator and heat on low until hot. We use no binders or
preservatives so cream soups may need to be whisked a little.
